The electric assistance on my Dott E-bike is not working or is not functioning properly. What should I do?

If the electric assistance does not work from the start of your ride or suddenly stops working during your ride, check that the cable from the lock is properly inserted into the holder on the rear mudguard. Check that the cable is fully inserted into the holder.
